- By offering its services, Carmachupicchu.com is the sole entity with the authority to modify, restrict, or expand the terms of this contract or document. In this regard, Carmachupicchu will provide services to clients, the second party to the service contract. Clients must read and understand these conditions before making a reservation for the services they wish to book.
- The client, as the second party, agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this document when acquiring the services offered by Carmachupicchu.com. A thorough reading is essential, as the same terms and conditions apply to all services.

About the Purchase Process
- The Client can access the Carmachupicchu virtual platform from anywhere in the world to make a reservation online.
- To purchase any service, it is imperative that the Client has an email address, where the reservation form, payment invoice, and service confirmation will be sent in digital format.
- To complete the purchase process, the Client must fill out the reservation form available on our website. The required fields of the reservation form must be completed with the data appearing on an official and valid identification document from their country of origin, such as a passport, D.N.I., personal identification document, foreign resident card, etc.
- Once the reservation is submitted, the information will be verified, and a payment form will be generated according to the selected payment method. After full payment, Carmachupicchu will proceed to send the receipt via email.
- To begin the trip, the client must simply show up on the indicated date. In some cases, arrangements must be made for pickup from their hotel or similar locations. The Carmachupicchu team will contact the client to provide details, notify of possible changes, or offer additional information before starting the trip and continuing with the scheduled itinerary or requested service.

About the private transportation service booking process
- Carmachupicchu is a travel agency and tour operator that offers private transportation services to various tourist destinations in Cusco, as well as airport transfers and transportation to train stations heading to Machu Picchu.
- The required data for booking are: tourist’s name, number of companions, identification document, phone number, selected tour, travel date, and pickup hotel in Cusco.
- It is important for the tourist to inform promptly about any changes to the hotel or train service at info@machupicchuterra.com.
- Accepted payment methods are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and PayPal.
- The client must be present at the pickup point at the indicated time. Absence will be recorded as ‘No Show,’ with no right to a refund.
About changes and modifications to private transportation service data
- Carmachupicchu only makes changes and modifications to private transportation services purchased through our website.
- Possible changes to this service include: passenger names, service type, travel date, or pickup location.
- Carmachupicchu only makes modifications at least 3 days (72 business hours) before the travel date.
- Changes and modifications requested by contacting us will only be processed during business hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, requests must be sent clearly and concisely to info@carmachupicchu.com.
- There is no penalty if the change is requested at least 3 days in advance.
About Cancellations and Refunds for Private Transportation Service
- Carmachupicchu will only process cancellations for private transportation services purchased through our website.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to info@carmachupicchu.com at least 3 days in advance.
- The cancellation refund will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours before the travel date. The refund will be issued using the same payment method the visitor used for the purchase.
- The payment gateway used (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) determines the time it takes for the funds to be reflected in the customer’s bank account (approximately 1 month).
- Last-minute cancellations are not accepted.
- The cancellation of private transportation services carries a single penalty of 25% of the service value (a 75% refund).
Payment Conditions
- As a virtual platform, Carmachupicchu displays service prices at the time of listing each service. This allows customers to be aware of the total amount to be paid and what is included or not in the service they are requesting or booking.
- The customer can make a payment for their reservation using the following methods: Payment system: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or PayPal.

- Once the Client has made the payment, a payment receipt with the details of the acquired service will be sent to the email address provided.
- Once the Client has received their receipt, they must verify that the details (visit date, names, passport number or ID document, etc.) are correct.
- The services available on the platform include the main tourist destinations in Cusco. You can book a private service as well as a group tour.
- All services are organized by professionals in the tourism sector. They all have change and cancellation policies, which are detailed in this document.
- The offered destinations are in Cusco. In this sense, different destinations can be connected. This is facilitated thanks to our specialized team at Carmachupicchu, which focuses on tours in the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, and all destinations near Cusco.
